Specific to this role, we are looking for individuals who have...

  • Over 7 years of experience in product management with at least 4 years focused on developing user experiences (UX) in technology-driven industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, or consumer electronics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing multiple high-impact products from inception to market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
  • Direct experience working inside of Product Teams in technology, SaaS, or technology-enabled service companies.
  • Proven results as a leader, driving the product strategy of complex products and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Solid track record with major projects, including product/feature strategy, developing and championing product roadmaps, product requirement documents (PRD) and related, managing release schedules, and customer research.
  • Experience working with engineering teams to deliver quality work to be developed.
  • Extensive experience in leading user discovery phases, including conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather deep insights into user needs and behaviors.
  • Proficient in leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
  • Genuine curiosity to understand clients and best translate their needs into great products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable product strategies.
  • Experienced in using data analytics and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and overseeing user-centric designs that drive engagement and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Proficient in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Skilled in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Cross-departmental leadership to ensure the product marketing strategy is rolled out effectively internally and externally.
  • Adept at leading Agile development processes and using project management tools like Jira, Trello, and Asana.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with proven ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Natural copywriter and written communicator.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies, enabling effective communication and collaboration with technical teams.
  • Familiarity with product roadmap tools, user feedback and insights, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and other modern product tools.
  • Deep commitment to understanding and advocating for the customer, ensuring that product decisions are consistently aligned with enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
  • Proficient in gathering and incorporating user feedback through various channels including customer support interactions, user communities, and direct feedback sessions.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable impact through data-informed product enhancements and innovative UX improvements.
  • Strong track record of setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities
  • Develop a firm understanding of our current product roadmap.
  • Update our roadmap based on current, future, and discovered needs.
  • Develop a near-term product strategy for upcoming features and opportunities.
  • Develop an ongoing product cadence for new and upcoming features.
  • Establish the baseline KPIs and measurables for Product to evaluate quarterly.
  • Develop, refine, and launch your first couple of user experiences.
