What You'll Do \n - Perform structural and sheet metal welding with precision.
\n - Read and interpret blueprints to bring designs to life.
\n - Use tools like oxygen acetylene and plasma cutters.
\n - Conduct iron work, arc gouging, and building reconnections.
\n - Maintain productivity and quality through self-inspections.
\n - Uphold company ethics and safety standards.
\n

What You Bring \n - High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
\n - Ability to read and write in English.
\n - Proficiency with tape measures and basic tools.
\n - 2+ years of welding experience (preferred).
\n - Strong understanding of safety protocols.
\n

Work Environment & Physical Requirements \n - Moderate noise level in a manufacturing setting.
\n - Regular communication, hand use, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
\n - Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and focus visually.
