Training Analyst

SAIC is currently seeking a Training Analyst located at Ft Bliss in Texas on the Army National Guard contract in support of Battlefield Tactical Systems such as FAAD2/C-RAM C2, ADSI / CDLIM, AMDWS, TAIS, AFATDS, and JADOCS. This position is onsite at Fort Bliss in Texas.

Job Description:

• Configure, integrate, maintain and operate tactical systems and Synthetic Training Systems such as Airspace Management Environment (AME) simulation.
• Conduct scenario design and development for Synthetic Training simulation/stimulation and participate in training exercises and mobilization events.
• Participate in planning meetings, technical working groups, and present training plans to senior Army Officers.
• A general understanding of SHORAD, IBCS, IFPC and Patriot is helpful.
• Training is executed in confined training areas and across tactical ranges.

Qualifications:

• Required Education and Experience: Bachelors and six (6)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. Must have prior Army experience. Extensive experience in Army Air Defense Command and Control Systems. Operational knowledge of Battlefield Tactical Systems such as FAAD2/C-RAM C2, ADSI / CDLIM, AMDWS, TAIS, AFATDS, and JADOCS.
• Must be willing to work in the training environment and operational conditions. Must be willing to support 24-hour Army operations on occasion. Must be willing to travel CONUS up to 25% of the time.
• Required Clearance: Must be able to obtain an Active Secret clearance. Must have current US Citizenship.
