We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us foster an exceptional employee experience.

As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, assisting with various functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and general HR operations. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientations
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees
  • Prepare and distribute HR communications, such as policy updates and employee announcements
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, meetings, and employee events
  • Respond to HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Assist with maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed, such as filing, data entry, and managing HR-related documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative support is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software or databases.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
