Job Summary: If you want a career not a job.......We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Route 1 Hyundai in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry, offering a competitive base draw plus commission. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the dealership's Finance and Insurance (F&I) operations and products along with compliance! Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary of $130,000 to $300,000 per year, paid weekly
• Commission based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all F&I operations, including customer financing, insurance, and aftermarket product sales
• Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers
• Work with sales team to maximize profits by structuring deals and offering appropriate financing and insurance options
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to F&I processes and documentation
• Train and develop sales and finance team members on F&I processes and selling techniques
• Manage all F&I paperwork and ensure accuracy and timeliness of deals
• Continuously monitor market and industry trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 year's experience as a Finance Manager in the auto industry
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance processes, regulations, and best practices
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profit goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and finance-related software programs
• Must be able to sell products based on customer needs and wants
