What You Will Do:
- Monitor and improve safety performance
- Manage and optimize wire machine utilization
- Monitor wire cutting and pipe queue to direct resources accordingly
- Ensure wire cutting and pipe yard is performing to expected customer service standards
- Utilize North Coast Tool Kit to positively influence key performance indicators
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- Great follow through on tasks
- Team oriented approach to tasks with excellent customer service skills
- Previous warehouse and/or driver experience
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Comfortable writing/responding to emails
- Proficient in using Solar for trouble shooting common questions related to deliveries
- Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
- Mix of warehouse and outside work environments
- Frequent computer, phone, and scanner usage
- Usual 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday however based on business needs evenings and weekend hours may occasionally be required works
- Requires punctual and reliable on-site attendance
Salary & Compensation:
- This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
- Pay is $23.94/hour - $29.95/hour, DOE.
