Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Visual Designer to join our Marketing and Engagement team.
This role will focus on designing impactful visuals for client-facing materials, presentations, and social media that enhance our communication and engagement efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with the Engagement, Sales and Marketing teams to turn complex concepts into clear, structured, and compelling designs that effectively connect with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams.

Customer Overview:

JetSoftPro is a software development one-stop shop that operates in three directions: internal products, outsourcing, and outstaffing (development of solutions for the b2b client). We work with the Tier 1 + GULF market. We have a pool of clients which gives stability, and always attract new ones.

Responsibilities:

• Create and adapt visual content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Design custom business presentations for internal use, client meetings, and campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales team to produce client-focused materials — decks, one-pagers, case studies
• Ensure visual consistency across all design outputs and maintain alignment with our brand guidelines
• Support marketing initiatives aimed at involving clients in interviews, success stories, and promotional campaigns

Skills/Requirements:

• Proficiency in Figma
• Confident use of PowerPoint for business-focused presentations
• Strong visual communication and creative thinking — ability to turn text into clean and appealing visuals
• Attention to detail and a good sense of structure, typography, and layout
• Independence, initiative, and the ability to manage design tasks without micromanagement
• (Bonus) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• (Bonus) Experience designing for B2B tech companies or working in cross-functional teams
