We sell and service major flooring brands for residential and commercial use, with a team of experienced professionals who are skilled in installation and floor restoration. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant at GC Flooring Pros. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, demonstrating a wide knowledge of our flooring products and services, and closing sales to meet and exceed set targets. The Sales assistant will also be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks such as organizing and maintaining records, coordinating appointments and coordinating with team members. There will be opportunity to grow within the organization into a more prominent role for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to be personable, persistent and persuasive
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and team members
• Proven sales track record and ability to meet and exceed set targets
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and within a team dynamic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
