We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. Responsibilities encompass managing emails, coordinating calendars, managing a to do list, updating crm, organizing travel and other administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate possesses at least six months of experience supporting high-level executives. While formal education is advantageous, practical experience and demonstrated competencies take precedence. We prioritize resourcefulness, unwavering reliability, and exceptional organizational skills. This position requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week within the Pacific Standard Time zone. As a team member, opportunities for advancement within the company are available.
The compensation for this role ranges between $1200 to $1600 USD per month, provided on a monthly basis. Our contractors are entitled to observe all US holidays and avail sick days.
