Base pay range $50.00/hr – $50.00/hr What You Will Be Doing Delivering adaptive reading workshops that enhance phonics, comprehension, and fluency skills in early elementary students. Designing personalized and motivational sessions with gamified literacy milestones to inspire young learners. Analyzing student progress data to refine instructional strategies and provide actionable insights. Collaborating with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy tools based on classroom outcomes. Creating scalable, AI-driven content to help students achieve grade-level reading proficiency. What You Won’t Be Doing Engaging in monotonous lesson‑plan paperwork detached from real classroom impact. Implementing rigid, pre‑written curricula without room for innovation. Working in isolation without the dynamic collaboration across teams. Sticking to traditional teaching methods without integrating cutting‑edge technology. Reading Specialist Key Responsibilities Empower students to achieve literacy breakthroughs by designing and implementing innovative, data‑driven reading programs that scale across campuses nationwide. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent). At least 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students. Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre‑written curricula. Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Willingness to work on‑site at one of our campuses: Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Plano, TX; or Dorado, Puerto Rico.
