WHO WE ARE

WomenExecs on Boards (WEoB) is a global network member association that empowers women leaders educated through Harvard Business School corporate governance programs to drive excellence in boardrooms worldwide. Grounded in our values of Commitment, Connectivity, and Courage, we foster a collaborative culture where accomplished women invest in each other's success.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives on making things happen and building community? As our Program & Member Engagement Lead, you will ensure our programs and member engagement activities run smoothly from planning and scheduling through follow-up and reporting.

Our events are intimate virtual sessions attended by 40 to 60 highly engaged members from our close-knit and growing community of approximately 400 accomplished women leaders.
