Job Description:
Student’s duties surround supporting Process Engineering and CNC programming.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
-Collaborate with Process Engineering, CNC Programming and Quality Engineering
-Create and edit job routings in the company ERP/MRP system [Epicor]
-Design fixtures based on requirements provided by cross-functional teams
-Create engineering drawings for internal and external fabrication of fixtures/components
-Download files from customers portals, organize content for efficient review
-Monitor department key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement
Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
Familiarity with engineering drawings and ERP/MRP experience strongly preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering specifications and technical documents. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
