Position Summary:

FinTech Instructor (Financial Technology)

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in any of the following fields:

Business Analytics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or

Demonstrated experience in the Financial Technology field.

Knowledge of Python and/or R.

A background in Finance.

Evidence of excellence in teaching business analytics, information visualization, financial analytics, financial technology, cryptocurrency, blockchain, cloud computing, UX, cybersecurity, data engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence, Smart Factory, or related courses at undergraduate and graduate levels.

Prefer applicants with:

Experience teaching college-level courses

Community college teaching experience.

Experience working with a diverse population.

Experience creating and teaching online classes.

Pay Rate:

A faculty member shall be assigned to the appropriate salary grade based on the contract with the faculty union.

• Grade 2: Master's Degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the field $49,922.71
  Grade 2+: Master's Degree with 30 graduate semester hours in the field $52,479.32
  Grade 1: Earned Doctor in major field $55,037.06
