Job Description

Director of Employee Experience

The Director of Employee Experience is responsible for operationalizing employee engagement initiatives to enhance the overall workplace experience at Marquis-supported skilled nursing facilities and assisting living communities . This position guides our nursing facilities and assisted living communities in fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture that aligns with the healthcare facility's mission and values.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Operationalize, support and oversee an already-developed comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with the healthcare facilitys’ goals and values.
  • Oversee execution of programs to enhance employee engagement including recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
  • Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the facilities.
  • Manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate achievements and milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, leadership, and other departments, to ensure alignment of employee experience initiatives with overall organizational goals.

Reports to the Vice President of Employee Experience/Chief Branding Officer

East Coast travel required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies, talent development, and workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and trends is a plus.
