Mr. Hospitality is looking to hire a Corporate Executive Chef who will be responsible for the overall success of the daily kitchen operations of all our venues, to run a world class kitchen while keeping us at the forefront of culinary trends. This position reports to COO directly. Exhibits culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions. Works to continually improve guests and employees satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. **Responsibilities:**

* Supervising kitchen mangers, pastry chefs and sous chefs including recruiting, disciplining, terminating, performing performance evaluations and ensuring payroll accuracy of the team.

* Responsible for all kitchen areas to ensure the safety, consistency and excellence Mr. Hospitality is known for. Ensures sanitation and food standards are achieved and maintained throughout.

* Ensuring health code compliance is carried out to the highest standards.

* Overseeing all food preparation processes along with service stations and supports all areas including dishwashers and purchasing etc.

* Responsible for maintaining venue kitchen budget by staying within the margins for food cost and labor cost.

* Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensures employees do the same within the team.

* Solicits employee feedback, utilizes an "open door" policy and reviews employee satisfaction results to identify and address employee problems or concerns.

* Develops and implements guidelines and control procedures for purchasing and receiving areas.

* Provides and supports service behaviors that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.

* Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.

**Qualifications:**

* Degree in Culinary or relevant field.

* Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in high end hospitality field

* Spanish speaking is required.

* Must be proficient in Excel spreadsheets, Craftable which is our software to place food orders and manage cost, and ability to manage budget and understand a P&L, strong analytical skills, both fast and accurate in handling financial data.
