Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Winter Maintenance Team Member to join our team at Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park, California. As a Winter Maintenance Team Member , you will be responsible for performing snow removal, ice control, and other preventative maintenance tasks. What will you do?

• Apply ice melt or sand to walkways, stairs, and high-traffic areas to maintain safety
• Perform light preventative maintenance, including replacing bulbs, minor repairs, and simple equipment checks
• Operate small equipment safely, such as snow blowers and hand tools, while following all safety policies and wearing required PPE
• Conduct daily inspections of assigned areas for hazards and keep maintenance areas clean and organized
• Provide excellent internal customer service to team members and guests

More about you

• Basic maintenance skills or mechanical aptitude required
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous experience in facilities, groundskeeping, maintenance, or similar work preferred
• Experience working in snowy or mountainous environments preferred
