At Seattle Gourmet Foods (SGF), we are seeking a Warehouse Associate Supervisor in Training with a passion for leadership and a strong desire to learn and grow within our company. As a Supervisor in Training, you will play a crucial role in our team's success, embodying the values of Hunger, Humble, and Smart as we work together to achieve greatness.

• Administrative Excellence: You will be responsible for co-managing various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, inventory management, order processing, and coordinating shipments. 
• Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential to ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Learning and Adapting: Prior forklift experience is required, preferably stand-up electrics. 
• Provide backup and assistance to the Shipping Supervisor and Warehouse Associates as needed.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime and some weekends as needed to support the warehouse team. Attendance and punctuality are key.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
• Hunger for personal and professional growth, with a desire to take on additional responsibilities.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges and opportunities.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Physical ability to lift and move objects in a warehouse environment (lifting requirements will vary)
