About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Vice President & Chief Operations Strategist to work closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO). In this vital leadership position, you will oversee essential operational functions and drive strategic initiatives throughout the organization. Your primary focus will be to translate the CIO's vision into actionable plans, ensuring performance management and fostering a metrics-driven culture of continuous improvement.

You will lead and mentor a large team, cultivate strategic partnerships with Managed Service Providers, and spearhead efforts in service management, operational excellence, and business continuity. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• At least 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience
• Expertise in operational excellence, Managed Service Provider (MSP) management, and metrics-focused improvement
• Experience in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and large-scale IT programs
• A proven track record in cloud and infrastructure transformation, especially within AWS environments
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and SRE practices
