As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and empathetic Chat Support Specialist to join our team and help convert abandoned carts into successful patient experiences.
Role Overview:
As a Chat Support Specialist focused on abandoned cart recovery, you will be the first point of contact for potential patients who have initiated but not completed their online visit or purchase. Your goal will be to re-engage these users, address their questions or concerns, and guide them toward completing their visit or order.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage inbound chat conversations with users who abandon their carts or do not complete registration.
Identify common barriers or concerns and provide clear, accurate, and compassionate responses.
Use scripts, tools, and sales techniques to re-engage users and help them through the decision-making process.
Collaborate with customer support, marketing, and operations teams to relay feedback and improve patient experience.
Maintain performance metrics for response times, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or online sales (telehealth or healthcare a plus).
Excellent written communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport via chat.
Empathetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable handling objections or sensitive topics.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic chat queue in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in healthcare, wellness, or e-commerce.
Familiarity with telehealth platforms, HIPAA compliance, and patient privacy best practices.
