Assemble roof components in an efficient and safe manner. Perform electrical work as instructed by the crew lead, both independently and under direct supervision. Install projects adhering to plan sets. Ensure all work complies with company policies, applicable codes (e.g., NFPA‑70, IRC, IFC, CA‑T24). Follow all safety regulations and commands from senior crew members. Recommend efficiency and compliance improvements. Maintain customer satisfaction. Communicate directly with end users as required. Drive a company vehicle and travel domestically as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education & Certifications High School Graduate or GED Experience 6 months to 1 year of PV installation experience (preferred). Skills & Abilities Fundamental understanding of all PV products installed by Freedom Forever. Basic understanding of building standards and applicable codes. Ability to communicate professionally and concisely. Proper installation of conduit (EMT, RMC, IMC, LFMC, FMC). Follow written and verbal instructions. Physical Demands Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Stand for long periods of time. Walk or run for long periods of time. Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles. Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl as required. Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out. Lift heavy objects (often 50+ pounds). Maintain balance or stay upright in unstable positions. Perform repetitive movements. Travel Requirements Employee is required to travel for business purposes (excluding commute). Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites. Location & Salary Rockville, MD – Salary $80,000 – $150,000 per year.
