  • $40-$45/hr Pay

The Social Media Project Manager is a leader and great communicator with excellent problem-solving skills. The successful candidate uses evidence-based strategies to conceptualize, coordinate and leverage content across all organic social platforms and channels.

You will manage the social media calendar using internal team processes and handle social media requests efficiently through our project management platform.

This role coordinates with other communicators such as the Director of Strategic Communications and the Internal Communications team to facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment of messaging across various channels. You will analyze metrics across social media platforms and channels to inform decision-making and optimize performance.

Essential Functions

  • Takes lead on gathering and managing team analytics across social media platforms and channels.
  • Manages social media content library and ensures library is regularly updated with accuracy.
  • Acts as social media team lead for video bio uploads and YouTube channel management.
  • Provides weekly social media Look Forward as well as weekly analytics report.
  • Ensures content is prepared for final approval before going live on social media channels.
  • Supports organic social media and digital content strategies by staying up to date with current technologies and trends in content creation, social media platforms and reporting tools.
  • Responds quickly, capably, and appropriately in high-pressure situations.
  • Stays ahead of evolving social media and digital content strategies to maintain alignment with business goals.
  • Captures and shares insights with teams about what drives audiences and how they feel.
  • Brainstorms creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Works with Strategic Communications team to build holistic communication plans and content ecosystems.
  • Collaborates with various teams to ensure messaging consistency.
  • Extends knowledge to colleagues for education, inspiration and strategic guidance.
  • Assists all relevant stakeholders in growing their understanding and utilization of social media and digital content to support strategic goals and ROI.
  • Maintains strong organizational skills and ability to simultaneously execute a range of ongoing projects and one-off requests.
  • Possesses professional presence and communication.
  • Works collaboratively and with ease across various teams and levels within the organization

Education/Training

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Experience a minimum of 4 years experience in social media & project management.
  • Experience with Airtable
  • Experience with a Workfront is a PLUS
  • Experience with Sprout Social is a PLUS
