GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
\nFocused on the support, maintenance and operations of IT systems and related technologies. Effectively troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis in an attempt to resolve incidents by providing professional, courteous, timely and dependable communication with team assistance as needed.
