DESCRIPCIÓN

Amazon Web Services (AWS) internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 consecutive weeks during summer. By applying to this position, your application will be considered for all locations we hire for in the United States.
The primary role of a Product Manager Technical Products, External Services MBA (PMT-ES MBA) within Amazon Web Services is to assume end-to-end product ownership over one of our technical product offerings. PMT-ES are expected to dive deep into the technology both from a product and customer perspective, working with software engineers and business partners to define, build, launch and grow new technology-driven products and services. These products might be hardware offerings, software or technical services, and customers often include developers, IT departments or enterprise CIOs.
We are growing rapidly, and seeking a PMT-ES MBAs with experience building internet scale platforms. We are looking for technical product leaders who will define, own and drive the delivery and adoption of new services, capabilities and user experiences, which enable customers of all sizes to easily and efficiently scale their businesses.

Key job responsibilities
• Build services that technical end-customers can trust to run their workloads
• Engage with customers throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Ability to build strong technical product marketing and pricing strategies early on in the customer engagement cycle to drive product awareness
• Define and drive creative, detailed product definition of new capabilities
• Engage with customers through a variety of channels, to understand their needs and serve as their advocate
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational load
• Work closely with engineering teams and UX to deliver products to market

REQUISITOS BÁSICOS

• Currently enrolled in MBA or equivalent Master’s degree program with a graduation conferral date between December 2024 and September 2025
• Completed or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline and/or relevant industry experience working within technology teams
• 3+ years of relevant professional or military work experience which occurred after completing your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA or master's program
• Able to discuss a variety of architectures and systems used by their customers
• Experience working with external enterprises

REQUISITOS DESEADOS

• Experience owning technical product lifecycle, including product roadmap and feature prioritization
• Experience working with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS product, feature, or service

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58.56/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $113.85/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
