Join Our Team as a Senior Anti-Money Laundering Investigator!

Are you passionate about combating financial crimes? As a Senior AML Investigator II, you will have the opportunity to lead crucial investigations to prevent money laundering activities. You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team, and your insights will influence our internal processes and compliance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management & Training: Oversee daily operations of the AML investigations team, ensuring efficiency and performance. Provide guidance and training in regulatory operations and relevant business areas.
• Policy & Procedure Development: Contribute to enhancing internal AML operations by evaluating and updating policies and procedures. Assess the AML implications of new business acquisitions.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of Suspicious Activity Reports and assist in closing cases to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Escalation Handling: Effectively manage escalated cases, utilizing your advanced investigative skills for thorough analysis and resolution.
• Industry Analysis: Stay ahead of trends in money laundering activities and regulatory changes to provide insights on risk areas, adapting our strategies as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• A minimum of 1 year in a leadership role related to Fraud, AML investigations, or Compliance.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience conducting investigations in Fraud or AML.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 2 years of leadership experience in Fraud, AML investigations, or Compliance roles.
• 3+ years of investigative experience in both Fraud and AML.
• Certification as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
