Security Officer - Corporate at GardaWorld

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer. The role focuses on customer service and security in corporate environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

• Site Location: San Francisco, California
• Schedule: 40 hours Wednesday to Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and 32 hours Saturday to Tuesday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years corporate security experience
• Pass extensive screening process
• Corporate or Home Office security experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience advantageous
• State security license and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings (available during hiring process)
