Job Description

We are seeking experienced pickers/packers for second shift.

Candidates with a background in warehouse, production, or manufacturing are preferred. We will also consider individuals with construction or general manual labor experience.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role, so a strong work ethic and ability to lift 40 50 pounds regularly are required. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and capable of maintaining a high pace while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload boxes
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (forklift experience preferred)
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
Meet production quotas while maintaining a fast pace
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
At least 12 consecutive months at a previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing role
Strong experience as a picker/packer
Forklift experience preferred
Able to lift 40 50 pounds throughout the shift
Self-starter with a strong work ethic
Steel-toe shoes required
Availability to work on holidays when needed
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Schedule:

Sunday through Thursday, 4 PM 1 2 AM (overtime as needed)
Full-time, evening shift
8 10 hour shifts
