We are currently hiring CO-OP's at our Samuel Adams Pennsylvania Brewery in Breinigsville, PA. These positions run from January- June 2025.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States, now or in the future.

Interns and Co-ops have the chance to meet with leaders at weekly lunch and learns to give them more insight into different parts of the business as well as skill building sessions. Each co-op and intern are encouraged to have weekly 1-on-1 check-ins with their manager to ensure their goals are aligned, and they are on the path to be successful at their time with Boston Beer. They are also required to do a final presentation that they present to the business leaders at the end of each cohort to demonstrate what they have learned.
