Sales Support Administrator Highlights:

• Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour based on experience

Sales Support Administrator Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails, escalating issues when needed

• Deliver high-level customer service both in-person and over the phone

• Organize inboxes and manage customer order statuses with vendors

• Track and communicate updates about delayed, lost, or replacement shipments

• Collect and process customer payments, credit checks, and vendor documents

• Maintain accurate data for purchase orders, vendor invoices, and shipping updates

Sales Support Administrator Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-3 years of data entry, customer service, and administrative experience required

• Must be  computer-savvy , a  quick learner , and strong multitasker

• Professional written and verbal communication skills required

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy

• Emotional maturity and work stability highly valued
