Salary: $16,740.4 - 54,600 per year Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for developing complex prompts and assessing nuanced AI reasoning.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to communicate decisions clearly and engagingly.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to precision in evaluating technical outputs of AI models.
• Experience in areas such as literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, or theology is a plus.
• Previous experience in writing or editorial roles such as content strategist, technical writer, or editor is desirable.
• An interest or background in AI, machine learning, or creative technology is beneficial.

• Participate in the training and refinement of advanced AI systems by providing expert prompts.
• Evaluate and critique AI reasoning and responses to enhance model performance.
• Develop clear and concise written explanations of decision-making processes and evaluations.
• Collaborate flexibly on projects, setting your own schedule and workload.
• Engage in ongoing learning about AI technologies and their applications in creative contexts.
