Job Details

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for analyzing sales data, developing market strategies, identifying customer needs, and managing sales operations. This role includes acting as a company representative at trade shows, resolving customer and operational issues, and supporting executive leadership in meeting revenue goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review and analyze sales and operational records to forecast performance and uncover new market opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Resolve customer complaints and support internal sales team needs
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies and quotas
  • Prepare and manage the sales budget
  • Represent the company at industry events and in the community
  • Demonstrate alignment with core values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, Knowledge, and Teamwork
  • Execute additional assignments as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales leadership experience in multifamily housing or related sectors
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales role
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
