We work a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home); this position is located in our Minneapolis Metro headquarters. Our Coalition Marketing team is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the team. The Project Coordinator will participate in processing of invoices and management of the system and teams that interact with our process. Additionally, the Project Coordinator participates in various operational activities required to run a successful loyalty program. Responsibilities Maintain knowledge and understanding of all activities related to an AI powered invoice reader. Ensure continuity and data integrity between the AI powered invoice reader and all other related applications. Supervision of process administration team including managing lead times, fielding questions, and troubleshooting issues. Sending HTML templated emails using an email marketing platform. Report generation and verification using reporting tools such as SQL Tools and Tableau. Creating and maintaining processing documentation. Testing new solution enhancements and features to identify, report, and verify resolution prior to production deployment. Qualifications Extreme attention to detail. Aptitude and curiosity in technology. Excellent problem-solving skills. Experience with HTML and SQL. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Education/Experience BA/BS in Information Systems or similar; highly preferred Hourly Rate Range: $25.00 to $28.00.
