Full-spectrum NICU care including:
High Frequency Ventilation
Inhaled Nitric Oxide
Total Body Cooling
aEEG monitoring
Robust subspecialty support : Cardiology, Neurology, Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, Hematology
Team-based model: 5 Neonatologists + experienced NNPs
Flexible call and weekend coverage as part of rotation
$275K–$360K base salary
$50K guaranteed bonus in year one
Lucrative bonus potential beyond base
