Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health in Queens, NY

Salary: $75/visit |Fee-for-Service Options

Royal Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver high-quality, in-home care for children across Queens and Nassau County . We're committed to providing flexible schedules, competitive pay, and the supportive environment clinicians deserve.

What You'll Do

• Conduct evaluations to assess motor, sensory, cognitive, and functional needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver in-home therapy focused on developmental milestones and independence
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary care teams
• Document sessions, progress, and recommendations clearly and thoroughly

✅ Who You Are

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in New York State
• Pediatric experience required (home care, early intervention, school-based, etc.)
• Strong communication and family coaching skills
• Reliable transportation for community-based visits
• Able to work independently and flexibly

Pay & Benefits

• $105,000+ salary or $75 per visit (higher rates for complex cases)
