Summary/Objective

The Payroll Administrator will process weekly payroll, maintain temp employee time records, and process weekly invoices ensuring timely completion of payroll and invoices.

Essential Functions

• Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employee hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.
• Ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, contributions, and other deductions
• Reconciles payroll to the client time records or WebTrax Reports
• Replacement checks or direct deposits due to payroll errors
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Being able to communicate effectively with the branch team
• Organize and prioritize work to follow procedures and accomplish the job
