What We’re Looking For:

Job Title: Medical Device Assembler
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $20–$23/hr DOE
Environment: Clean Room

Position Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented assembler to perform precise, repetitive medical device assembly using small components and microscope-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tedious, small-part assembly following strict work instructions and SOPs.
• Use microscopes, small hand tools, and measurement devices to complete delicate tasks.
• Maintain clean room standards and proper gowning.
• Conduct in-process checks and report any defects or material issues.
• Follow GMP/GDP requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support basic line troubleshooting and collaborate with team members as needed.
• Work flexibly across multiple stations with consistent accuracy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with tiny components and microscopes for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic English and math skills.
• Must speak and read English
