• 12-hour Day Shift with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule working from 6:45am to 6:45pm, \n\t
• Pay: $15.00 and $1.50/hr additional incentive pay on Saturday and Sunday shifts making it 18.00/hr on weekends\n

\n\t
• 12-hour Night Shift with a 2-2-3 rotating schedule working from 6:45pm to 6:45am\n\t
• Pay: $16.50 and $1.50/hr additional incentive pay on Saturday and Sunday shifts making it 16.50/hr on weekends\n

\n What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator?You’ll be:

\n\n

\n\t
• Performing various operations in the fabrication of intraocular lenses according to production specifications and standards\n\t
• Conducting lens molding, machining, lens polishing, finished production inspections, and primary packaging\n\t
• Ensuring product meets all acceptable criteria per SOPs\n\t
• Following all FDA/CGMP regulations regarding traceability and safety procedures\n\t
• Supporting, encouraging, and participating in team-related activities\n\t
• Assisting in training manufacturing associates\n\t
• Reporting unusual conditions and problems to supervisor and manufacturing lead\n\t
• Practicing good housekeeping\n

\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

\n\n

\n\t
• Have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)\n\t
• Have one or more years of manufacturing-related work experience; or equivalent combined of education and experience\n\t
• Have IOL manufacturing experience (preferred)\n\t
• Have knowledge of clean-rooms specific to proper clean-room behavior (preferred)\n\t
• Able to work 12 hours Night Shift\n
