We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our growing team and contribute to our marketing and design efforts. This is a hybrid role with required in-office days at our Minneapolis Headquarters. As a Junior Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually engaging digital and print materials. Your work will span designing email campaigns, creating digital advertisements, developing retail point-of-purchase displays, and refreshing website visuals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Responsibilities Design visually appealing and on-brand email campaigns. Create digital advertisements for social media, display networks, and other online platforms. Design retail point-of-purchase materials, including signage, displays, and promotional assets. Assist in updating and enhancing the website's look and feel. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product teams) and external partners (e.g., vendors, agencies) to execute design projects. Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards. Other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field 3+ years of experience (agency experience a plus) Proficiency in design software (Adobe CC, Photoshop, InDesign). Basic understanding of email design best practices and responsive web design (Klaviyo experience a plus). Qualifications Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity. Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively. Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
