JOB SUMMARY
Primary Purpose / Regulatory Responsibilities:
This Insights Governance role is responsible for supporting the global Market Research Governance processes, and the controls and reporting related to these processes. This role directly supports the Integrated Insights teams that work within those processes and provides guidance to colleagues outside of Integrated Insights who occasionally initiate market research programs.
This role is a member of the Global Insights Excellence Team and works primarily with US and Europe based members across the Global Integrated Insights Team.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as a central resource and subject matter expert to ensure that market research programs (MRPs), and other Integrated Insights projects are managed according to current approved policies and procedures:
Triaging queries shared in the MR Governance mailbox.
Acts as a central resource to support effective and efficient Market Research Procurement, Contracting, and PO management
Integrated Insights project Budget Control:
Project Tracking support
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Bachelors degree
Experience and high-level competency with the following software/systems is strongly desired
