Interviews starting soon. We are hiring enthusiastic, self-motivated H V A C Maintenance Technician Trainees. The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently with great attention to detail, should have exceptional multi-tasking skills, and be organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly, non-exempt, at-will position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime. We are offering a 16-week P A I D T R A I N I N G P R O G R A M - Ideal candidates will have experience working in customer service, sales, and/or enjoy working hands-on. D U T I E S A N D R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S: Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems. There is a S A L E S aspect to this role - base pay + commission. Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, coils, and condenser units etc. Demonstrate respect, compassion and integrity when communicating with clients. Ability to communicate recommendations and services. Demonstrate the ability to perform tasks in a timely manner in accordance with A S I Hastings quality and safety standards. Ability to demonstrate punctuality. Participate in weekly meetings for continuing training and development.

S K I L L S A N D Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S:

Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills. Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image. Analytical, focused on quality, and results driven. Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions. Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business. Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check. Valid driver's license, with minimal D M V infractions. Proficiency with mobile devices (e.g. tablets, smart phones and/or other devices as required)

W O R K C O N D I T I O N S:

Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Occasionally required to lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs. Regularly required to sit, stand, walk. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus. Work is performed in residential properties (attic, garage, crawl space, roof). Frequent standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods of time. Moderate exposure to physical risk.
