Group Fitness Instructor – Morning & Evening Shifts

Job Type: Part-Time

Shift Times: 6:00 AM, 9:30AM 5:00/6:15 PM (Weekdays)

Location: Punch PGH – Pittsburgh, PA

Job Summary:

Punch PGH is looking for a passionate and energetic Group Fitness Instructor to lead motivating, high-impact fitness classes during early mornings and evening hours. We’re seeking someone with experience in formats like kickboxing, cycling, yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, and more. If you’re a dynamic leader who can inspire members of all fitness levels and foster a strong community vibe, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead safe, high-energy group classes that are fun and results-driven.
• Demonstrate proper form and technique while offering modifications as needed.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere to build community and member retention.
• Keep up with current fitness trends to deliver fresh, engaging programming.
• Support members with fitness tips, assessments, and personalized guidance when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring equipment is ready to go.

Requirements:

• Boxing or Kickboxing basics preferred not required
• Skilled in multiple class formats such as group fitness format, HIIT, Strength, Circuit Training.
• Ability to connect and motivate groups while promoting a positive environment.
• Previous group instruction or personal training experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, time management, and class planning skills.
