Eufora is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and driven Graphic Designer with a passion for making an impact on the beauty landscape to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design, eager to collaborate, and ready to make a significant impact on our consumer-facing digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and a strategic mindset, contributing not only to design execution but also to the evolution of our brand identity. Must be well versed in modern digital platforms with a sophisticated eye for design, typography and digital trends. Beauty/fashion industry experience and/or experience in consumer goods strongly preferred.

This is a full-time, in-office position.

What You’ll Do

• Digital Design: Create visually compelling digital campaign assets for our website, emails, and social platforms that align with brand goals and drive consumer engagement.
• Email Marketing: Design engaging and dynamic email campaigns and flows that drive conversion, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
• Front End Web Design: Collaborate with developers to design and execute front-end web projects, ensuring seamless user experiences and high-quality visual integration on Eufora’s websites.
• Social Media Design: Contribute to the creation of Instagram grid and story assets, ensuring cohesive and engaging social content that supports the broader brand strategy.
• Website Management: Maintain and update Eufora’s websites, ensuring a clean, modern, and user-friendly design that drives engagement.
• Brand Strategy: Partner with the creative and marketing team to develop design solutions that elevate Eufora’s brand presence, resonating with our target audience and driving brand growth.
• Cross-Functional Support: Provide design support across various channels, including print collateral and other brand assets as needed.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics and use insights to refine and optimize design assets for better user engagement and conversion.

What You’ll Bring:

• Design Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and experience with Figma or Adobe XD for web and UX/UI design.
• Web & CMS Experience: Expertise in CMS platforms, such as Shopify and WordPress, and an understanding of responsive web design principles, including mobile-first design.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content teams.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to design details, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges while maintaining brand consistency and achieving project objectives.
• Print Design: Experience in print design is a plus but not required.
• Video and Photo Editing: Proficiency in video and photo editing is a plus but not required.
• Industry Awareness: A keen interest in the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries, with an awareness of current trends in skincare and beauty.
• Continuous Learning: Enthusiasm for expanding your skill set and working on a variety of design projects.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in design, with a focus on eCommerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• A portfolio that demonstrates user-centric web designs that are both visually appealing and performance-driven.
• Proven experience collaborating with developers, UX designers, marketers, and content teams to bring designs to life.
• A strong ability to design within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, where adaptability and prioritization are key.
• A passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with fresh ideas that keep our brand ahead of trends.
