Position: Full Time Paraprofessional Position
Location: Desert Hot Springs, CA
Hourly Pay: 20-25/hr based on experience
Contract: 9/22/25 - 6/12/2026

Responsibilities:
Working with a virtual SLP facilitating for students
Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges
Assist elementary-high school students with toileting or Life Skill needs
Provide one-on-one support to Nonverbal student with special needs
Help with the preparation of learning materials for severe caseloads
Assist specialists as directed for school readiness, and pre-academics, facilitating social interactions during recess and group activities.
Assisting students with communication disorders classroom setting and implementation of IEP notes
Qualifications:
At least a High School Diploma
Must have at least 1 year of Paraprofessional or related experience in a K-12 school setting working with ABA and Behavioral students
Must have reliable transportation (Bus, Uber, taxi, etc not considered reliable)
First Aid/CPR and a CPI trained certified
