Executive Assistant

 

 

Company: Ascent Equity Group

 

Location: 100% Fully Remote (Pacific Time Zone is our “home base”), but preference to Denver area candidates. Will be required to work normal business hours 9 AM-3 PM PST. Some work may be hybrid in-office but it is flexible and can be dependent upon hire. 

 

Rate: $20-$25 hr

Part-time: 15-30 hours a week

Job Summary:

As the Virtual Executive Assistant to the Chief Investment Officer, you will be managing a calendar, booking travel, helping keep on top of projects, assisting with property management communication, assisting with various projects, and taking meeting notes. 

 

You will be responsible for watching videos and inputting basic data into Google Sheets and MS Excel. We also will be using Monday.com as our project management software to help manage various properties. Please note data entry and internet research will be a large part of this role. 

 

Miscellaneous tasks could be anything from helping with social media posts to organizing Google Drive folders. Are you up for the challenge?

  • Managing a calendar
  • Booking travel
  • Working with Google Sheets to accurately input information 
  • Utilizing Monday.com and Slack as primary forms of communication and organization
  • Data entry 
  • Internet research
  • Keeping on top of projects
  • Assist with various projects
  • Take meeting notes to reference later and organize them into systems

 

Qualifications :

 

  • If you’re familiar with the passive real estate investing industry, that’s great! But it’s not critical. You will be trained on our process, jargon, investment deals, etc. 
  • You have most likely worked as a virtual assistant before
  • You know how to problem-solve and adapt quickly when things change
  • You’re highly detail-oriented and being organized is the only way you know how to be
  • You like the challenge of keeping up with fast-paced work
