Position: Entry Level - Revenue Audit Analyst

Pay: $20 an hour

Location: Onsite in Hartford, CT

Type: 6-Month Contract

The Spirit of the Position:

The Revenue Audit Analyst is responsible for evaluating disputed credit card transactions. In this job, your duties are to investigate disputes, communicate with the field, determine whether there was fraud, and validate the chargeback if appropriate.

Responsibilities:

· Handling of credit card disputes and chargebacks

· Corresponding with regional and field employees

· At times performing special projects for manager

· Producing monthly reports

Experience:

· Entry level position; training will be provided - Office experience is a plus

Skills:

· Must be a team player able to collaborate with co-workers and manager

· Must be able to work independently

· Must be detailed orientated

· Ability to multi-task

· Typing/ten-keying

· Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook)

· Excel Skill highly preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
