We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. In this role, your primary focus will be on salesexpanding our reach, strengthening client relationships, and helping individuals and families secure their futures. At the same time, you'll also handle some client service work, ensuring policyholders receive ongoing support and care.
No prior sales or insurance experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training, paid insurance education, and cover licensing fees to ensure you have everything you need to succeed. Youll receive the tools, mentorship, and ongoing support to build confidence, sharpen your skills, and grow professionally.

ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Actively connect with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs.
Policy Sales and Service : Present tailored insurance solutions, guiding clients confidently through the purchasing process and provide services for current clients.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to encourage satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
RequirementsNo prior sales experience required; sales background is a plus.
Licensing: Active Washington State Property & Casualty Insurance License required prior to start.
Additional Licensing: Ability to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License within 90 days of employment.
Team Player: Work well in a collaborative, supportive environment.
