Elevate Events to Extraordinary Heights - Join as an Entry Level Events Assistant!

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Events Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our Events Manager to support the planning and execution of various events, ranging from small corporate gatherings to large-scale conferences. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the events industry and develop your skills in event coordination and logistics.

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$21.50 - $28.00 per hour

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Miami, FL

Responsibilities:

• Assist with event planning and coordination, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget tracking
• Manage event logistics, such as transportation, accommodation, and equipment rentals
• Coordinate event registration and ticketing processes, including handling attendee inquiries and managing attendee databases
• Support the creation and distribution of event materials, such as invitations, programs, and signage
• Assist with on-site event setup and teardown, including managing event spaces, arranging seating, and installing audiovisual equipment
• Provide on-site support during events, including greeting and directing attendees, answering questions, and resolving issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required
