Now Hiring: Assemblers - 1st & 2nd Shift | Westborough, MA

A leading employer in the Westborough area is seeking skilled Assemblers for immediate openings on both 1st and 2nd shift. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering consistent work, opportunity for advancement, and a team-oriented environment.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products and components according to instructions and technical diagrams
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production targets and timelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and power equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
