We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you'll be the face and voice behind powerful nonprofit campaigns that drive social change and uplift communities.
We collaborate with leading nonprofit organizations , advocacy groups, and socially responsible brands to raise awareness and mobilize support through face-to-face outreach , grassroots marketing , and live community events . No call centers. No cold calling. Just authentic conversations and real human impact .
As a Customer Service Representative , you'll play a key role in bringing nonprofit missions to life by:
Representing our nonprofit partners at live events , fundraisers , and community outreach programs
Engaging with the public in a professional and friendly manner to raise awareness and build support
Communicating compelling messages about social causes , nonprofit initiatives, and community needs
Educating individuals about each nonprofit’s mission , goals , and impact
Building lasting relationships that encourage long-term donor engagement
Collaborating with your team to execute successful events and campaigns
Upholding our values of integrity , compassion , and professionalism
You don’t need previous experience in customer service or outreach to succeed—just a people-first mindset and a passion for purpose-driven work.
