Customer Service Representative
Hourly Pay: $16.50 + $300 Monthly Bonus
Fully Remote After 60 Days | Based in St. Louis Metro Area
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service and support for customers participating in correctional facility package programs. This role is responsible for handling orders, answering inquiries related to order status, returns, and product information—all while delivering a positive and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver inbound phone and chat support for customers regarding correctional package services
Process customer orders, deposits, shipment tracking, and inquiries
Complete administrative tasks associated with customer interactions
Consistently meet established performance and quality standards
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related customer service experience
Availability for shifts including days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays
Ability to attend two weeks of training (Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM)
Basic PC and Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional and upbeat phone presence
Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
Must be 18 or older and reside in the St. Louis metro area
