** In-office position / Greater Los Angeles area **

Summary: This is a good role for a Travel Agent with Sabre GDS proficiency and less than 10yrs experience who is looking to learn Production/Entertainment travel or grow into a VIP Travel Agent role. This is a travel concierge-type position that offers on the job training for the management of high-end Luxury Leisure, C-Suite (VIP) travel, Music Touring and Production travel while working on house accounts.

To qualify for this job, you must have:

• 2 - 5yrs experience working as a Travel Agent with proficiency in Sabre GDS
• Strong Administrative skills with a keen eye to detail
• Ability to manage air, car and hotel reservations, adhereing to corporate travel policies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Be willing to work a 40hr week as well as be "on call" to offer 24/7 service to UHNW clients
• Ability to work support the team of tenured agents with last minute requests
• Ability to handle a high-volume of calls and workload
• Strong confidentiality ethic for VIPs and celebrity travel management
• Must live in the Greater Los Angeles area to work in-office with the team
